How do I earn BitePoints?
Every RM 1 you spend earns 1 BitePoint, or more when your tier gives a multiplier. Points appear in your member dashboard after each eligible direct order, so repeat orders steadily turn into vouchers you can use at checkout.
What can I do with BitePoints?
Redeem BitePoints for vouchers on future direct orders. The baseline conversion is 100 points = RM 1, and you can convert points into checkout discounts from your dashboard whenever you have enough balance.
How do I move up BitePoints tiers?
Just keep ordering direct. Tiers are based on your total lifetime BitePoints, so your progress does not reset after redemption. Reach 200 points and you automatically become The Loyal, with better earn rates as you move higher.
Do Heritage Bites vouchers expire?
Yes. Each voucher has its own expiry date shown on the voucher card, so use it before that date. If one expires, keep ordering and earning BitePoints; the loyalty program keeps issuing new rewards over time.
What if my Heritage Bites voucher does not work?
Some vouchers are category-specific, such as a free 6-inch pizza voucher that only applies to 6-inch pizzas. Checkout will explain why a voucher cannot be applied, so you can adjust the cart before paying.
Can I lose my BitePoints tier?
No. Once you have earned a BitePoints tier, it stays yours. Your total lifetime BitePoints do not reset, so every direct order keeps building your member status while your available points can still be redeemed for vouchers.
